Within 24 Hours of Order Placement: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 24 Hours of Order Placement: Orders cancelled after this period may incur a restocking fee, depending on the stage of processing.

Approved refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original method of payment.
Non-Cancellable Situations


Same-Day Delivery Orders:

Orders placed for same-day delivery cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
Shipped Orders: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may need to follow the return process instead, if applicable.
