At Malaragam, we strive to provide the highest quality flowers and ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our refund policy below for more details.

Refund Eligibility

Damaged or Defective Products: If your flowers arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Incorrect Order:

If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost or offer a full refund.

Late Delivery:

If your order does not arrive on the specified delivery date, please contact us immediately. Refunds or replacements for late deliveries will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the impact on the quality of the flowers.

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Orders cancelled after this period may incur a restocking fee, depending on the stage of processing.

Non-Refundable Situations

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the flowers have been delivered.

Unattended Deliveries:

If the recipient is not available to accept the delivery and the flowers are left at the specified location, we are not responsible for any subsequent loss or damage.

Incorrect Address:

Refunds will not be issued if the delivery address provided was incorrect. Please ensure all delivery information is accurate when placing your order.

Replacement orders will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 business days.
