By downloading, accessing, or using any of the Malaragam mobile applications ("Apps") provided by Malaragam, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Apps
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Apps. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use. To access certain features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and notifying us of any unauthorized use.
All orders are subject to product availability and prices may change without notice. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method. If you use the Malaragam Deliveryman App, you agree to provide delivery services in a professional and timely manner.
Do not use the Apps to violate laws, engage in harmful or fraudulent activities, or interfere with the Apps or networks. All content on the Apps is owned by Malaragam or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account for violating these Terms or for harmful conduct, without prior notice. Malaragam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the Apps. We may modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Apps constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
