Order Processing

  • Orders placed on Malaragam, Malaragam Store, and through the Malaragam Deliveryman App are processed within 5 minutes to 3 days, depending on the type and volume of orders.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Orders are delivered within 5 minutes to 3 days based on the type and volume of orders.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for select locations if the order is placed before 12 PM local time.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates vary based on the delivery method chosen and the destination of the order.
  • Same-day delivery incurs additional charges based on the distance and size of the order.

Delivery Areas

  • Malaragam delivers to most locations within India. Certain remote or rural areas may have longer delivery times or limited service availability.
  • Customers can check delivery availability for their area at the time of checkout.


Order Tracking

  • Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.
  • Orders can be tracked through the Malaragam app or website using the tracking number provided.


Delivery Issues

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery partner will attempt redelivery up to two additional times.
  • If the order cannot be delivered after three attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse and the customer will be contacted to arrange a re-delivery or cancellation.


Damaged or Missing Items

  • If an order arrives damaged or with missing items, customers should contact Malaragam customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
